For dentists · Full-arch implant restorations
One workflow. One laboratory. One predictable result.
Grin is a boutique dental laboratory at 500 Sutter St in Union Square, working only with dentists. We take All-on-4 and All-on-6 cases from smile design to the final monolithic zirconia arch, and every case is designed and finished by Vasyl Hryn, CDT, 17 years, not passed down a production line.
A full arch is months of your treatment and your surgeon's work, and the prosthesis has to seat passively on the first try. That's why we start before surgery: a free pre-surgery consult with Vasyl, a digital plan for both arches that drives the guide, the provisionals and the final, and a verification jig before anything is milled in zirconia. You talk to the person who makes the case, not to a sales rep.
Smile simulation on patient photos; tooth shape, size and shade selection.
Upper and lower digital wax-up that drives the surgical guide, provisionals and final restoration.
For fully guided implant placement.
3D-printed, implant- or tooth-supported per your protocol.
Printed try-in restorations for chairside evaluation before the final.
Printed and/or stone, to confirm passive fit before final delivery.
Premium monolithic zirconia, characterized, stained, glazed and polished.
Included with every final full-arch case.
Also available on request: Ti-bar and hybrid prostheses, PMMA provisionals.
Free consult with Vasyl. Send photos, scans or CBCT notes; agree on the plan and the stages.
DSD and a digital wax-up of both arches. The surgical guide and the provisionals come from the same design.
Guided placement and immediate provisionals.
Prototype provisionals for chairside approval; a verification jig confirms passive fit.
Monolithic zirconia, characterized and glazed by hand. Photos sent to you for approval before the case leaves the lab, then local delivery in San Francisco.
The timeline is planned per stage at the consult, around your surgical protocol.
We work with all major implant systems: Nobel Biocare, Straumann, Zimmer Biomet, Osstem and more. Tell us what you place; if your system has a U.S. supplier, we'll match it. Scans from iTero, 3Shape and Medit, any STL, or conventional impressions.
Prosthodontists, oral surgeons, periodontists and restorative GPs across the Bay Area. If you place and restore, or refer the surgery and restore yourself, we plan with whoever is in the chair.
“I'm a CDT who treats full-arch and anterior work the way you do — let me do one trial case.”
Send a single crown or veneer free of charge, see the fit, the shade and the finish, and then decide on your next full arch. No contract, no minimums.
